The firm operates a small number of named channels. Each is monitored by a person, not by a system address. The first reply to any inbound enquiry is from a named member of the firm.

Portfolio submissions
Sellers and creditors submitting a redacted schedule of claims should use the standing intake form. A file reference is issued on receipt. All non-redacted documentation is exchanged only after a mutual NDA is in place.
NDA requests
Riffington's standard mutual NDA is provided on request. Seller forms are reviewed and, where commercially reasonable, executed without amendment. NDA exchange typically completes within one business day.
Diligence packet
Counterparty diligence packets — entity registration, capital source, counsel of record, custodian particulars, certificates of insurance, anonymized closing statements, and references — are released under NDA to qualified counterparties.
Compliance and complaints
Sanctions queries, beneficial-ownership questions, and counterparty complaints are directed to compliance@riffington.com. Receipt is acknowledged within two business days.
